I prepare and ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays, you will receive an email once we have despatched your order, UK orders, please allow up to three days for your order to arrive after despatch. Fo international orders allow ten days.

We can accommodate rush shipping for an extra fee- please contact me at the studio hello@jesswilliams.co.uk to arrange.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me at the studio hello@jesswilliams.co.uk. Returns will only be accepted on products that are returned in original condition and packaging.
